Good solid, professional service I did my research and product selection on line and then went to Lebanon Ford because they were the closest dealer with a truck that met my requiremen I did my research and product selection on line and then went to Lebanon Ford because they were the closest dealer with a truck that met my requirements. When I got there, I looked over the truck without being hassled and when it was time to test drive, I went inside and was introduced to Tom. He quickly got the preparations in place to take the vehicle out on the road. Before we left the dealership I had many questions about all the different technology and systems on the truck. Tom patiently, professionally and accurately answered all my questions and gave me more in depth explanations of things that I didn't know enough to ask about. I liked the truck and the actual purchase process was quick professional and had none of the stress and conflict that is often associated with buying a vehicle. Drove 800 miles to work with these guys. Lebanon Ford treated me so well, I got on an airplane and flew there from out of state, then drove 800 miles home with my new F350 Super-Duty.
