Little did he know that his calm cool way of just having a conversation with me, gave me many signs to purchase for him. I had just said a prayer before pulling into the lot as I was overwhelmed at the commitment and decision of it all. It was the smoothest and most comfortable experience I had ever had from the meeting of him and his staff to the text drive to the hand shake in the end. There was no pushy sales but rather a true concern that I was taken care of in all areas such as a bumper to bumper service warranty tweaked for my affordability. There's scarcely a day that goes by that she doesn't comment that she loves her car. Cloth interior (that a was a tough find at all the dealerships my wife and I visited w/our daughter), sunroof, excellent clear coat finish (also a hard find), etc. Mr. Hoying worked tirelessly (in my opinion) to find a car within our budget, and he did it over time; not a whiff of a proverbial "hard-sell", or "it may not last". (I thank God that particular car didn't sell, and that we were able to work a deposit and procure the vehicle: the price on the car had come down--my daughter noticed--visiting the Lebanon Ford website a week or so following one of our visits.) Nonetheless, my family and I are very thankful to have found a good deal on a darn fine car. Thanks so much because we'd spent a lot of time searching for the right car.
