Turning a frown upside down I arrived at Lebanon ford very frustrated and tired. Ready to throw in the towel. All of the other sales men and women I had ran into that day had blown me off when I told them the price range and payment range I wanted to stay in. Jeremy approached me and noticed right away that I was obviously in distress. His exact words were.."You look really tired and frustrated. " I explained my situation and he got to work right away. His personality was the best I had came across the entire day. Actually in all my history of buying vehicles, he has been the BEST! His strategy was on point at narrowing down what I wanted, what I didn't want in a truck. I was also greeted by the dealership manager, Niko. This was a first for me. I had never been greeted by a manager at a dealership. I was impressed. I have never felt so welcomed and made to feel important. I was a hot mess that day. Hair was a wreck, makeup had melted off of my face due to the hot Temps that day. But, they never treated me less than royalty. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. I will be back to see Jeremy and the rest of the gang at Lebanon ford for my next purchase! Jenny was amazing as well! Awesome personality! Riley, the tech man was great too.
