1st time for a Ford I recently moved to the area and was asking my mechanic about car dealers I could trust. I was referred to this dealership. Skeptical of the dealership sales tactics and the "legal extortion" tactics at financing I thought I would give it a shot. Found out a former work colleague (Matt M) was selling for them I connected up with him. A MAIN reason why I was even trying Ford was what I heard about the Fusion and that Ford HAD NOT taken government bailout money! Matt helped me get a very nice 2014 Fusion with lower miles. I took it on a trip to SC the very 1st week and was very pleased. The 1.5 Turbo delivered all the power I needed the averaged 34 MPH over the whole trip even with all the hills. The few people I have interacted other than Matt have been very pleasant and helpful. The concierge service at first I thought was kind of corny (being a macho guy) however even after reading the owners manual there were still a few questions. In fact I have a few more questions and may take them up on the offer to drop by my home to program the garage door. Oh, by the way... did I mentioned NO extortion tactics at finance closing. No pressure to use their financing, no pressure to buy add-ons. Not do not get me wrong, the team DID OFFER and explain these things to me. They did their job. I believe it was Zach. They did it professionally and courteously WITHOUT yammering on and pressuring me and my wife. Very pleasant indeed! Nice job Matt, Ford as an American brand, and Lebanon Ford in general for being reasonable and friendly people. I HOPE it continues with me in the future. More

Our in-truck tutorial was very helpful and having the young man who cleaned our new truck introduce himself to make sure we were satisfied with it's appearance is another example of the pride and confidence Lebanon Ford has in their employees as well as their product.
