Excellent Buying Experience I recently decided to change Ford dealerships since the previous dealer did not impress me on many levels. I was just about to give up on Ford due to I recently decided to change Ford dealerships since the previous dealer did not impress me on many levels. I was just about to give up on Ford due to the negative buying experiences I have had previously. Then i decided to try one more time given that I really enjoyed my Ford Explorer Limited i have been driving for 36 months. Luckily i decide to visit Lebanon Ford and ran into Charlie Lutmer. From the beginning, he listened and then tailored his approach to my style and desires. He addressed every question and we worked out the best option for me to consider. We had two meetings, one 35 minutes and the second for 40 minutes. Additionally we sent each other some clarification and details over emails. It was simple, clear, accurate, and exact.
