He really went the extra mile when I discovered that the front license plate bracket had not been installed. I left him an email in the evening saying I would pick up the bracket and install it myself but that was unacceptable to him. The next day he drove the 35 miles to my office with a technician and installed the bracket. I had one other concern that Bill Nickell addressed appropriately. More
