You wonder if they are telling you the truth, giving you the best deal, treating you fairly. Customer service in the car word often doesn't seem to meet the standard of customer service you desire. None of this was the case for our big family at Lebanon Ford. Bryan Pence, our sales person was prompt and professional in all of our contact with him. He made us feel like we were important and getting us the vehcile we wanted was a priority to him. He was available to answer all our questions and he quickly responded to our requests. The price of our vehicle was fair and right. This based on open communication with Bryan as well as our own research and investigation of other dealerships. We came from 3 and a half hours away to deal with Lebanon Ford on our purchase because of their fair pricing and professionalism. It was well worth the trip and we are so happy with our 2015 12 passenger Ford Transit Wagon. We are so confident in Lebanon Ford that we would gladly recommend them to our friends and family here in Canton, OH. Distance is of no factor when you consider the honesty, integrity, and compassion of a good dealership. The entire staff was warm and kind. Smiles and help were offered from many of the staff members. We have a larger then average family, 5 children, and we were adequately accomidated when we came in! Zach Funkhouser who we were able to work with in the financing department engaged our children in conversation and included them, at their levels, in the adventure of buying a new family van! When the need arises again our family will definitely be considering Lebanon Ford for our next vehicle! More

I was borrowing my mother in laws car (mine was totaled) and my mother in law needed the car back. Matt didn't have the exact Ford Escape we wanted in stock so they did a dealer trade. Due to not having it in stock, we needed a car for the next day while we waited on the escape from the other dealer. Matt was able to let us use another car so we could return my mother in laws car until we received the escape. Very accommodating! Great service. Also, due to insurance issues the dealership was able to hold our check until insurance reimbursed us. More
