Not only did they take it vantage of my woman at the time and overcharge her for labor they did not do on the transmission. They also took advantage of an 80+ year old, elderly woman, and screwed her out of and overcharge her for labor they did not do on the transmission. The impressive part was when I said I didnt want new, he didnt give me high pressure, he helped me find options. He worked with me and we found the car I wanted. The process was smooth and friendly, and he did a great job Josh kept coming out of the finance and sales office to make sure I was ok and if I needed a water.
