Once we told him our price range, and what we liked he showed us several options. He didn't try to push a more expensive vehicle on us, and he certainly listened to every concern we had. Brant introduced us to the service department as well as a man that handles any technical questions we may have once we begin syncing our phones to the car etc. etc. We had just left a different dealership when we came to see Brant and what a difference the experience was with Brant! Travis in the financial department is another amazing customer service oriented man. More

I was very impressed with Matt's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles available on the lot. Matt did an exceptional job of hooking me up with the right vehicle to meet my needs at the price point I needed to make it happen. Not only is Matt professional but he is a refreshing example of what an ethical and professional auto salesperson should be when working to meet the needs of a customer. Matt attended to every detail during my visit and was extremely detailed and accurate on all information and paperwork we processed for the purchase of my van! Consequently, I returned and asked to work directly with Matt again this year and purchased 2 additional new vans from him! I have been so impressed with Matt's professionalism and concern for the customer's needs, I have been giving his name to everyone I meet who indicates they need to make an auto purchase. It is my sincere opinion that Matt is a true asset to Charlie Watson's Ford location here in Lebanon. I have no doubt, I will definitely continue to look Matt up for any future auto needs I may have! Unlike other area sales people, he did not attempt to sell based on payment alone but on finding the best vehicle and financial terms to suit my needs. When it became clear that such a vehicle was not available directly at Lebanon Ford, Charlie went out of his way to quickly locate one and have it transported from a distant dealership. At delivery, the vehicle was spotless and Charlie clearly explained all of the new features of my new Escape. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Ford should contact Charlie Watson so that they too can experience a true sales professional. I also really appreciated the lack of a hard sell while signing papers with Jenny. She made the tedious process of signing all the papers rather pleasant! More

Pleasant Experience I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F150 from Lebanon Ford, in which they traded with another dealership to get for me, at my request. Kathy Wells, my s I recently purchased a 2014 Ford F150 from Lebanon Ford, in which they traded with another dealership to get for me, at my request. Kathy Wells, my salesperson, was great to work with, and she was very friendly and receptive to any questions/requests I had. When I took delivery on my truck, I was excited to see my truck for the first time (since it was at another dealer and I only saw photos online). After purchasing the truck and driving and learning about all the options, I learned there was one option I had unknowlingly purchased, as part of the option package that came on the truck, that is not useful to a normal consumer like you or I, but is rather targeted to only those in the commercial/fleet business. I was disappointed that there was a pricey option on my truck that I could not make use of, and expressed my concerns to the dealership. After hearing my concerns, they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer by allowing me to get options for my truck in the same price range of the unuseable option on my truck (commercial/fleet use only). This made me feel so much better to know that the dealership (John Martin) understood my concerns and addressed them. This dealership is not your typical, high-stress, "shove a vehicle down your throat"; they genuinely listen to you and your needs and answer any/all questions that you might have. This recent experience will definitey make me a return customer, if I purchase any future, new Ford vehicles, or am in the market for a used vehicle. Also, I wanted to add that Jenny in finance was super to work with - extremely friendly and very helpful and socialable! More

Making a long distance deal I live about 3 1/2 hours from the dealership and wanted to make a deal before traveling that far. I found a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser on the Internet. I I live about 3 1/2 hours from the dealership and wanted to make a deal before traveling that far. I found a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser on the Internet. I called and talked to Tom Nickell who was able to send me pictures of the vehicle as they were not yet available on the Internet. Tom was able to accurately describe the condition of the vehicle and answer all my questions. I was able to send Tom pictures of my trade along with the details and options of the vehicle. We were able to negotiate a trade over the phone. I'm Ina very tight schedule and was only able to come on Toms day off. He said that was no problem and was at the dealership prior to my arrival with everything ready. We looked at vehicle and it was just as he described. He looked over my trade, we took the Toyota for a test drive, came back completed the paperwork and I was on my way back home.i would definitely recommend Lebanon Ford and ask for Tom Nickell. More
