Jenny had all the paperwork organized and ready to sign and I'd say she is the most pleasant finance person I've ever experienced. I drove an hour to get the truck I wanted. There are plenty of Ford dealers closer to home but the experience at Lebanon was so good I will probably be returning. for service, even with the 2 hour roundtrip commute. More
Buying a car on a dime My Husbands car broke down & the cost to repair it would have been more than the car was worth so like most Americans working paycheck to paycheck we My Husbands car broke down & the cost to repair it would have been more than the car was worth so like most Americans working paycheck to paycheck we were only able to scrape 500.00 for a down payment. Our sales person & finance guy were awesome. They were able to get our monthly payment were we wanted it actually less then we wanted. My husband got a 2009 explore & the mileage was 5700,00 & they gave us 200.00 for our old car & they came to our house & towed it away talk about customer service. I will definitely buy my next car from here. Thanks for making car buying so painless More

Very helpful I had three older vehicles that I traded-in on my new vehicle. They came to my house to appraise all three vehicles. The customer service was horrible and the interest rates were crazy (29.9%). At Lebanon Ford with just a small down payment we was able to get a low interest rate (under 5%) and low monthly payments ($164.00). I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The car was ready for us when we arrived and a few hours later we were out the door with exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. No need to say more about the purchase. However, when it came time to register the vehicle in Indiana we found that we did not have the required paperwork to make it happen. The title was inadvertently sent to the lien-holder and even as I write this I am in a frustrating battle to get everything taken care of after spending an entire day on the phone, because we were not informed or equipped to handle the process.
