I visited several Ford dealerships and found this to be THE place to get personalized care without feeling like I was being manipulated. My car was damaged at another dealership while they were appraising it. After a stressful correspondence with that dealership (I'm still hoping they will make it right, but will be reviewing later if they don't), I went to Lebanon and they took my trade in and gave me nearly as much with it damaged as the other dealership was offering me with it in excellent condition. Extremely pleased with my purchase and felt they were truly there to take care of me. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership! Will definitely be back for our next purchase. More

Times have change I been looking for a new car for 6 months, but didn't want to deal with a dealership. Tom came back to explain ALL options to me and then gave me his recommendation.. I have never had someone work so hard to help me even while I was blubbering LOL! Tough Decisions Buying a new car is always a Tough Decision. I have been shopping around for the last 2 months. And have always been a Chrysler fan. After some recent issues with service quality from other Dealers. I knew it was time to try a new brand with a strong reputation of Quality. The staff at Lebanon Ford showed me what it was like to be a valued customer again. My 1st trip to the dealership I had many questions. Charlie and Josh showed us around the Dealership and the Shop. The place was very organized in the Service Center. On my 2nd trip. I knew it was time to buy. Charlie was able to answer all my questions with positive answers. We are now the happy owners of a Roush Mustang. Soon, we will put the test to the Service Department with the many upgrades we have planned. Very Bad Experience **Unable to fix a problem with Power Steering while under warranty**. Took car several times to the Service Center for noise that my father in law(who **Unable to fix a problem with Power Steering while under warranty**. Took car several times to the Service Center for noise that my father in law(who is a mechanic) said was probably power steering. Every time I took the car in they said the couldn't find anything wrong and I had to pay service fees every time with the problem left unresolved. I was concerned that the problem would continue well after my warranty was up and that it needed to get fixed or I would be faced to pay for it out of my pocket after the warranty expired. Finally after the warranty was up the problem worsened and eventually my Power Steering went out. I took the car back to the service center and they told me I had to pay out of my pocket to fix my car. Even though the problem was documented while under warranty they refused to fit the bill. They told me it would cost over $800.00 for them to fix the car and the best they would do was a 10% discount. I refused and took the car to a local mechanic and he fixed my car for $270.00. I will never go back to this Dealership again for anything! More
