The experience was fantastic. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Lebanon Ford and Tom Nickell. Tom has admirable Service Excellence skills with no pressure and strives to give the customer what they want. His demeanor and knowledge is top notch and he is always able to make a stressful situation seem stressless. Tom will go out of his way to make you happy before, during, and after the sale. Tom sets the bar for all salesman. Cory made filling out all the associated paperwork easy, and explained in detail every aspect of each form. I am a faithful Ford product buyer and now will never go anywhere else to purchase another Ford vehicle. Tom and Cory are fantastic!
