I have been buying cars from Kevin as long as he has been at the dealer ship. He's always been more than helpful. I consider him a friend rather than a car saleman . I have referred many people to him over the years and not once ever heard anything but how great he was to deal with and nice they were treated. The fianance person was also great. It's really nice to go to a dealer ship that makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. My dad retired from ford and my whole family buys from Kevin he could teach other salesmen a thing or 2 about selling cars . we will be back again and continue to send friends to Kevin and know they will be treated great during their buying experience. We have been Ford customers for 45 plus years and have dealt with dealerships all over Cincinnati and in the Cleveland area. We have never felt as welcome or appreciated as we did at Lebanon Ford. All the employees were very friendly and seemed to be happy to serve customers. This included not only sales and financing but service and parts. We have found a new dealer. Our salesman Brant was very professional, he sold without high pressure tactics, he made sure we were happy with our decision and he made sure we were introduced to other individuals who we will need to deal with in the future. I would also like to compliment Jenny. While making sure we were aware of all options she did it without pressure and made sure we were happy with the decisions we made. More

Charlie was great in communicating with me over the phone and by email. I was sent details and a quote of the car I was interested in prior to my visit.They accommodated time past business hours for me to complete my test drive of a Ford Focus and negotiate a price and warranty I was satisfied with. The tech team spent time with me making sure I understood the technology of the vehicle. All the staff were friendly and appreciative of my business. I would definitely recommend visiting Lebanon Ford and working with Charlie. More

I felt very comfortable working with Matt on the purchase of my new F-150. His friendly demeanor, patience, and motivation were refreshing. I have purchased at least five cars from the dealership, and feel that by staying with this local dealership that I am treated as an individual, rather than just the customer of the day. As we live near to an auto mall, as well, we have attempted to buy cars from them, but usually, go right back to Lebanon Ford to complete a transaction there. ( I remember going into the auto mall one time, sloppily dressed and the sales people showed no respect to me as a customer, where barely I could get them to even greet me. Little did they know that I could easily have and would have purchased one of their cars that day.) I have found over the years that at the Lebanon Ford Dealers do listen to your needs and try to work within your budget. Within the past year, my husband passed away, and my son found himself commuting to college in our large van. As the mileage per gallon was expensive, he wanted to trade for a smaller more economical model. Dick knew our circumstances, being about $3,000-$4000 upside down on the van. He explained to my son that it would not be in our best interests to purchase a car with better gas mileage at this time. I was very appreciative of his honesty and thoughtful consideration toward our family needs. As it turned out three months later, that same van was parked along the street by the college and totaled! Guess where we went? Straight back to Dick Watson because of his candidness. I scheduled an appointment with him, and I suspect he spent a couple of hours with me to pick the best option for me. He works in the used car department, however, he thought maybe I would want to compare the price of a new car versus an older model. ( Granted, if I would have been interested in the newer car, I wonder if he would have received a commission on it, as he works in the used car section. He was looking out for my needs, not his.) Eventually we looked on paper at a two year old car with 22,000 miles on it, good car fax. He encouraged me to put a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty on it and GAP insurance. (If your aren't familiar with GAP insurance, look it up! It will save you a bunch if your car gets totaled, etc, and you are upside down in payoff). Basically, I walked out with a safe, almost new car, at a great savings. I wish to thank Dick and Niko for all the help. More

I am delighted with my new Taurus; in fact, I am disappointed when my trips end. My salesman at Lebanon Ford is Matt McCormick. I feel fortunate that Matt and I met. He was the kind of salesperson that I was hoping for. He is extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the Taurus. During our initial meeting, Matt took me out for a test drive and meticulously went over the Taurus’ features, making sure I understood them. He was not the kind of pushy salesperson I was in fear of. I felt comfortable and at ease during the entire sale. After I made up my mind and finally made the purchase, Matt made sure my vehicle was in at the designated time and went over the features again. He continues to follow up with me to make sure everything is going well and that the Taurus meets my expectations.
