By far the best dealer I have been to. There was no pressure and it seemed more like I was the one bringing the pressure because they were really willing to get me what I wanted. My interaction with Lebanon Ford was entirely online. I posted an inquiry for help getting my SYNC and BlackBerry back in sync (pun intended!). For whatever reason, out of the blue, my year-old BlackBerry posted an inquiry for help getting my SYNC and BlackBerry back in sync (pun intended!). For whatever reason, out of the blue, my year-old BlackBerry didn't want to connect to SYNC, or vice-versa. Brian Simmons provided excellent advice through a series of 2 or 3 emails that eventually led me to a solution. I am most appreciative that this resource is available for Ford owners in lieu of a time-consuming and potentially expensive visit to the dealership. Thanks guys (and girls), keep up the good work.
