We had decided to try to get a vehicle where we could lower our payment and increase our gas mileage. I prefer to buy from within the town where I live, so we decided to go to Lebanon Ford. He was courteous, friendly, and gave the appearance of wanting to help us. He asked me several questions about what we were looking for and wanting to do. After some back and forth conversation, he recommended we consider a 2012 Ford Fusion, telling us the fuel mileage would definitely be better than our Sienna minivan, and that the numbers would also work. We drove the Fusion, and really liked it. Tom explained that it was a Ford-certified used car, which came with a warranty up to 100K miles. The negotiation part of the deal was very pleasant, unlike other experiences we've had in the past. Tom and Niko were able to get the payments down for us to where we needed them to be, with no hassle, no games, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had in 30+ years. I do recommend Lebanon Ford unreservedly. More

The dealership was notified that my ordered vehicle was scheduled to be delivered; Kevin notified me; and we waited.... The vehicle seems to have disappeared off the radar. After unsuccessful attempts to locate this original vehicle, the sales team located a vehicle that matched my order, except for a different color of interior.
