We live in IN. about 60 miles from Lebanon Ford, but had such a good experience the first time, we decided to return when we decided to upgrade from a Fusion to a Escape. She was so easy to deal with, being very professional, no pressure at all, & was a joy to work with. After getting the car home, I was having trouble with the SYNC phone, I called the dealership & Alex the tech tried to help me over the phone (to no avail) so he came to the house & fixed the phone & spent another hour getting me comfortable with other features of my new car. He also was very patient, & couldn't have been nicer. Everyone we have encountered at Lebanon Ford are of the highest degree of professionalism & we will certainly recommend Lebanon Ford to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car or truck. As we entered the dealership, it was 7:00 pm. The dealership was actually colsing, but right away we were helped by Kathy Wells and she was willing to help us in finding a vehicle for my son. She was very helpful and stayed until my son picked the car he wanted, we test drove the vehicle. She did not mind to stay over at all or make us feel rushed. What was even more impressive was the fact that she spoke to my son (15 years old) about the vehicle not just us as parents. We drove away with the vehicle my son wanted and he is very excited to be learning how to drive in his brand new Ford Fiesta. Thank you Kathy for your kindness and patience. Last, but not least Jenny Southard was the lady who we also met with to sign the finance papers, she was very professional and courteous. Lebanon Ford is an excellent dealership; in fact, it is probably the best Ford dealership in the entire area. My wife and I bought a new Fusion there. Their customer service is outstanding and their work probably the best Ford dealership in the entire area. My wife and I bought a new Fusion there.
