This is the third vehicle I purchased from Tom Nickell and I always get prompt friendly service. I went in looking for a small used car for my daughter and purchased an '03 Focus. I mentioned to Tom I was interested in an SUV and he showed me a used Explorer. We were able to work a deal out with a great finance rate through Ford. Since the later was a commercial loan; it took a little longer for paperwork. That was the only issue with the deal. I met Charlie at the Cincinnati Ohio new car show. I was specifically interested in the Mustang. Charlie owned a mustang and was very knowledgeable about the car. He answered my questions and explained the steps needed to buy a car. He found two cars that were closest to what I wanted. My company qualifies for the X-plan pricing thru Ford. That made the pricing part easy. This was on a Monday and he said the car would be ready by Wednesday. He found out I was driving a renter and offered to pick me up if needed. As it turned out I did not need the ride, but he did offer it. The car was ready as planned and he and another employee answered all my questions. He was there until I drove away. He called me two days later to see how everything was going. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely consider buying from Charlie in the future. More
