I was in search for a used Nissan Xterra. I had some strict criteria and Kathy immediately researched for me. Fortunately, she was unable to find such a match for me but she did have a Jeep Liberty ava strict criteria and Kathy immediately researched for me. We took a test drive on Friday night and on Saturday morning, I was driving off in my "new" used car. She set a time for me to come fill out the paperwork and had the car gassed up, washed, waxed and detailed out. The paperwork took a maximum of 10 minutes and I was out the door with keys in hand. While we had been looking at cars for awhile, we ended up needing to make a quick decision due to our son's car needing replaced. After looking at Toyotas, we decided to look at the Explorer. We visited another dealership first, where we liked our salesman, but the rest of the team seemed disinterested. We decided to try Lebanon Ford. We filled out an inquiry that night, and were called promptly the next morning. From there, the ENTIRE team was fabulous! Our salesperson, Kathy, could not have been more helpful. One thing my husband appreciated is that Kathy walked us through the entire purchase--a kind of "old school" approach. We didn't get handed off to another person to "complete the sale." Zack got us through the financing quickly and efficiently. Jason and John were very helpful in Service getting my old car ready for our son. Even the small details--bringing bottled water and snacks while we waited to a mint in my old car getting tuned-up. Being able to take in my non-Ford car for service was a pleasant surprise as dealerships no longer seem to want to touch anything that is not theirs. While I never thought I would EVER own a Ford, I could not be happier with my car or my dealership. My husband is already looking to trade in his Silverado. They have us for life! More

I was really floored by that as most people just let you figure things out on your own without any support.
