I sent an email to Lebanon Ford inquiring about the new Focus ST. Received a reply from Charlie who told me to come in and check them out because they are sweet. We negotiated a price that we were both happy with and then I met Travis, the finance guy. I was already approved for financing before I came in but Travis wanted to see if they could do better. Well they did, lowered my rate by .5% so we were all happy about that as well. I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience at Lebanon Ford. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Ford product or used car. They made me feel comfortable and took a lot of the hassle out of buying a new car. Justin Klontz was the guy who came to our aid with the new SYNC system. He showed us how to pair our phone, and made sure he answered all our questions about it before we left. Alex Cryder wrote us up and it took about 15 minutes for the whole process. One final thought is Lebanon Ford's service department. Everything about all our vehicles is in their computer. We do not go any where other than them for service, you get genuine Ford parts and labor is done right and less expensive that after market. Lebanon Ford just can't be beat. More
