Overall rating is Good. The one problem I had was in communication with the service department. I called to get an estimate to replace the transmission in my Ford van. I was connected with Dillon. He g communication with the service department. I called to get an estimate to replace the transmission in my Ford van. I was connected with Dillon. He gave me an estimate of $2200 for the job. I called him back later that day to schedule the work. It was then that he told me he was in the parts dept. and the quote was only for the purchase of the trans. I had no idea that I was talking to the parts department and after a transfer to the service department learned R and R was going to cost an additional $800.00. As you can guess that was not a pleasant surprise. I did go ahead with the repair, mainly because I found the people i had contact with were professional and this was an honest mistake. I plan to continue using Lebanon Ford for service on our vehicles, and hope that maybe I have pointed out an area of communication that must be made clear. Gary Hufford, 937-725-8520 More
Dealt with Charlie Watson. What a great car buying experience! Charlie was very helpful from my initial email inquiry all the way through seeing me drive off the lot. My wife Kara and I were looking for a used Chevrolet Duramax 2006 or newer. And as luck had it a Ford dealer has one. We arrived at Lebanon Ford and Salesman Brant Benson helped us with information on t Duramax 2006 or newer. And as luck had it a Ford dealer has one. We arrived at Lebanon Ford and Salesman Brant Benson helped us with information on the truck. We negotiated a price that worked for both of us and made the deal happen. The truck had just been traded in and hadn't even been detailed or inspected. We didn't care we wanted it. Brant took the truck in for an inspection, oil change and detailing so we could pick it up the next day. During the inspection they discovered that the truck needed brakes, so they installed the new brakes at no extra charge. We picked the truck up and it looked excellent. When ever someone is looking to buy a Ford product I tell them to go to Lebanon Ford they are a friendly, honest, ex Lebanon is the best hands down.
