We always love coming back to Lisa at Lebanon Ford to get our new vehicle. Lisa and her team have always treated us like family. It was less than an eight hour turn around and I was in a brand new car. (My first brand new car ever) Kathy was an excellent and knowledgable sales rep who went far above and beyond my expectations. And I know the finance part was a headache, but they made it happen. Tech wise.... I never knew a car could have so many bells and whistles, but Alex walked me through each one. I have bragged on this dealership and the team I worked with the second I put the keys in my new car! More
I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted, but I also wanted to get it for the right price. Purchased a 2008 ford fusion from another ford dealership. In 2011 took my fusion to Lebanon Ford for oil leaks. Repairs were made but continued to experience problems with oil leaks. The repair and service staff were wonderful (especially Jason) but they too were frustrated with the reoccurring oil leaks. Finally on Friday January 25 we decided to trade in the fusion toward the purchase of a new car. Charlie Watson was assigned to assist us. Charlie is an excellent sales representative. It is apparent he not only loves his job but thinks very highly of his employer, Lebanon Ford.. This was our first purchase from Lebanon Ford and now I understand why my coworkers return to Lebanon Ford for their vehicle purchases. The staff (including service) are very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you for all of your help. More
