I was having trouble with the SYNC system media player in my 2011 Ford F150 and searched the internet. In that search I discovered Lebanon Ford's website and went there. My only regret is that I don't live close to the Lebanon Ford dealership! In any event they are GREAT to do business with, which in this day and age is an exception to the norm! More

Right from the beginning of our inquiry via email we started to get a sense that these guys are straight forward, responsive, and polite. Once we met them in person we knew for sure. Don't let Charlie's baby face fool you! He is a pro. We traveled from out of state to buy this vehicle from Lebanon Ford, and would do it all over again. In fact, we would definitely be willing to go to them again for our next vehicle. That really says a lot because we live two hours away! From start to finish it was easy and pleasant. The culture at Lebanon Ford is evident from the moment you arrive. You can tell customer service is a big priority there. How many places can you say that about these days?
