This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was shopping a few different Ford dealers and this is the only one that was straight with me on the numbers from the very beginning. I will not mention the other dealers but will say they were the larger dealers in Cincinnati, and I got the typical "greasy" car salesman approach where they present you numbers and they won't do anything to improve them unless you call them out on it. One guy actually tried to tell me it was a "miscalculation" after I explained I was in finance, but I did not get ANY of that at Lebanon Ford. They made the process very simple and the finance manager Zack, actually gave me the 2013 Explorer Sport that he special ordered for his personal use. Freeda Floyd and Zack Funkhouser are wonderful to work with, they have a very "no-nonsense" approach and will bend over backwards to help you get the very best deal possible. All and all, the best car buying experience of my life and this is my 6th car. Thanks to the entire Lebanon Ford Staff. More

Tire Discounters which is where ALL my Tires have ever been bought, (other than initial set on vehicle) has this exact package of Service for 24.95 plus + Tax = ($26.57), my service bill today was $42.60. Your prices on these services are not competitive with local competition. This is why ( if you research your records) none of my vehicles prior to my 2008 Escape and my 2012 Fusion have never been serviced regularly by the Ford Dealership. I get the same great service, and the Quality of Parts ( Factory recommended from other Mechanics and or service personnel) for far less money. Your Parts department in the past has been as much as 25 to 35% high on the same exact parts. Bottom line here, folks can get the same friendly, quality service and parts from a Non-Ford affiliated service center for much less money. I personally will pay a 8 to 12% premium for consistency in service and "Name Brand" type items. I cannot afford to pay a 37.63% premium in today's economic climate. That extra $ 16.03 I paid today could have went into my gas tank for 4.78 gallons of gas, (figure based upon today's price ( 3.35 per gallon). Thanks & Best Regards, More

I went to Lebanon Ford several months back and just went in to look at some mustangs. Charlie Watson came out to helped me. He wasn't a pushy sales person just trying to sell a car like all the other dealerships I had been to. So we looked at some cars and went over prices and I went on with my day. A few weeks ago I made a decision to trade in my truck. So I called charlie up and went in to look at the mustangs again. He showed me one that I instantly loved. Took it out for a drive and I was sold on it. We got back and started on the paper work which they did an EXCEPTOINAL job at getting done quickly!! Lebanon Ford is a bit of a drive from where I live, but when im ready to get another vehicle I won't be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie Watson to anyone of my friends or family. More

The Quicklane hours on the weekend make servicing our Explorer convenient for us. My parents have gone to Lebanon Ford as long as I can remember, so I know they trusted and were completely satisfied with the dealership. Although I live in Monroe, OH and Middletown Ford is closer, I c remember, so I know they trusted and were completely satisfied with the dealership. Although I live in Monroe, OH and Middletown Ford is closer, I choose to go to Lebanon Ford due to the positive experiences my parents had. I brought my current car, a 2004 Ford Escape, to the dealership for service and really had no intentions of purchasing a car. Since I had a lot of time to spare, I decided to look at new cars...primarily the Focus. I was introduced to Nico McClellan, who was extremely friendly and engaging. Early in the conversation, I mentioned my father was a Ford Retiree and I had always purchased Ford vehicles on the Z Plan. I have purchased cars from other Ford dealerships. My biggest complaint in the past has been that once a sales person found out I was purchasing a car on the Z Plan, they didn't spend a lot of time with me and the whole process felt rushed. This could not have been furthest from the case at Lebanon Ford. I was treated like any other potential buyer and much time and effort was spent with me during my purchase. In fact, I began talking with Nico at 9:30 am and I did not leave the dealership with my new car until 5:30 pm. This length time was not due to slow or inept service on the part of Lebanon Ford. It was because I was able to explore and discuss all of my options, have my questions/concerns answered, test drive a Focus and take it home so that my husband could see it, have my current car appraised for trade in, get the best financing for my situation, have my new car prepared for me, and tech support explain my car's new technology and teach me how to use it! I felt everyone I came in contact with, from the service department to sales to financing to tech support, was truly interested in making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every step of the purchasing process. I have never had a better, more enjoyable, more thorough, more satisfying experience buying a car than I did at Lebanon Ford! I have already received 2 calls from my sales rep, Nico McClellan, making sure everything is fine with my car and reiterating that he and the dealership are available if I should need anything or have any questions! I am so happy with my new Ford Focus and my experience at Lebanon Ford...I will recommend them to anyone purchasing or servicing a car! Thank you again Lebanon Ford!!! More
