EXCEPTIONAL! I can not say enough about this dealership and it's staff. Due to a non-repairable recall with another "maker", I was forced to search for a replacement vehicle. I was quite distraut at the notion of losing my beloved car and I had no idea what I would choose to replace it. I spent quite some time at various dealerships and dealt with many people to no avail. However, I stopped in just to look at car that had been advertised at Lebanon Ford - that's when I had the good fortune to meet Charlie Watson. He asked a few questions and very quickly pointed me to a car I immediately fell in love with and had to have. No high pressure sales tactics, extremely personable and respectful. His listening skills were on que and he made it happen! Working with Travis the Sales Manager was beyond expectation as well. He got a suprisingly lower interest rate than I anticipated and accomodated all of my requests. I was elated! Additionally, I worked with Gene in the service department to tweak a few things and what a professional. He ensured the highest quality results that could be obtained - what a class act. This dealership in general is unlike I have ever dealt with before(which is saying ALOT!). I would recommend these gentlemen in their respective positions to anyone looking for "true professionals". my car had an oil change performed but when driving away, the dashboard wasn't reset. Two young technicians took the time to go on the internet & also using the car manual, were able to figure out how to re the dashboard wasn't reset.
