I'll keep it short and sweet. My marks for this dealership are high because they deserve to be high. My experience was pleasant because no time during the quoting prices and paperwork did i feel pr dealership are high because they deserve to be high. The sales staff is efficient and attentive to my need and also patient with my questions. I can say I didn't leave that dealership feeling I'd been cheater or coned, only very excited and happy to own my used (2008, but in such good condition its might as well be new) f-150. My only bad experience was upon delivery for detailing my battery was dead, which was curious because I had driven it multiple times the day before. To my sales associates credit, then problem was remedied quickly. Charlie hooked me up in a loaner for the hour it took to charge the battery to full. I am happy to announce that no other problems have arose. In closing, if you are looking for a respectable dealer that doesn't hassle you and is fair and reasonable, try Lebanon Ford. I was deployed to Afghanistan over the last year and had constantly been looking for a nice truck under $13,000 that was actually worth the money. When I told him I was really interested but was afraid that the truck would be gone by the time I got home two weeks later and asked if I could hold the truck Brant and his manager were more than happy to hold the truck for me. Once I got home and went down to look at the truck, it was sitting at the front door ready to go and with in five minutes of arrival I was out test driving the vehicle. Brant also bought drinks for my wife and daughter while they waited. The truck was exactly what they explained and I was not caught off guard by anything from looks of the truck to pressure to buy. Also Aaron took the time to find me the lowest interest rate and treated me like I was an old friend. Over all this dealership treated me the best out of any dealership I have ever been to. While the paper work was being done they washed the truck again and also filled the tank and even programmed what radio stations I wanted. These guys are pure blooded American people and treat you as a human and not a sale. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know interested in buying a vehicle. Thanks again. More

Earlier last month I purchased a used F150 from Lebanon Ford and Charlie Watson. I was very pleased with the service I got. It was a very laid back and no pressure atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful. We were looking to get in a late model used car and they were able to get us into a new car with the same price and not sacraficing our vehicle requirements. They let us drive t late model used car and they were able to get us into a new car with the same price and not sacraficing our vehicle requirements. They let us drive two cars event though they were the same model. We closed the deal late (kids were hungry) so let us come back the following day to clean out our old vehicle (Art even helped clean eveything out and got us a box) and go over the features and settings of the car. It really was like dealing friends as they were easy going and friendly. More
