Last week me and my husband purchased a used car. We worked with Charlie Watson and Travis Martin. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Charlie was knowledgble about the Ford Flex. We had a great experience at Lebanon Ford! It was my wife and I's first time shopping for a car together. We pulled in like fifteen minutes before close just expecting to look around. Charlie came outside an and I's first time shopping for a car together. We pulled in like fifteen minutes before close just expecting to look around. Charlie came outside and greeted us. He asked us if we wanted to come inside and get out of the heat. We briefly talked to him about what we were looking for and he said he would pull up some cars he thought we would be interested in. We loved the first car he showed us! It was very clean and we feel we received a reasonable deal. Charlie was extremely knowledeagble about the car, very friendly and personable. We drove the car home on Friday night and came back Saturday morning to sign the papers. We also talked to Alex when it came to sign for the car. He was very friendly as well and worked hard to find us financing for the car. An added bonus was that they filled the gas tank for us before leaving and they're giving us a free oil change. We are extremely satisfied with our car and the service we received at the dealer. We will definitely be giving Charlie a call when we look to buy our next car. More

I cannot say enough to thank Gene Maggard for all his help in getting my car repaired. It required a total transmission replacement which was covered by my service contract. Gene (and the other guys) in service were OUTSTANDING in servicing my shocks on my Ford, 1 day before I left on vacation. They saved my vacation, since I was towing 2 jet skiis to Norris Lake.
