In checking the Ford website and asking for dealers to quote prices on the Edge we wanted (Black or Ingot exterior and camel interior with navigation system) Lebanon, Northgate, and King replied but only quote prices on the Edge we wanted (Black or Ingot exterior and camel interior with navigation system) Lebanon, Northgate, and King replied but only Lebanon responded with a car that had those features. When we visited them they did not have it in stock but would get it for us. The original price quote returned on the vehicle was great but that was because they had subtracted one of the discounts twice. Zach through worked with us to get the best finances he could get us. We decided to get the car however the one we purchase was not available after Zach placed the order with the dealer he had found the car at. He did inform us at the time that this was a possible situation but that he had two more like it a bit further away that he would honor the price quoted. Other then having to fill out all the paperwork again when that one arrived a few days later we are satisfied with it with the exception of the larger wheels on it than the standard ones. After driving it to Tennessee this past weekend we feel that it is a good car for the money. More

I was at the dealership back in December 09' to just look around for possibly a new car. I wasn't real sure what I was looking for, but Travis came out to help me and he was very nice. I test drove a couple of cars and after 2-3 days I ended up driving off the lot with a 2007 Mercury Milan, that I am very happy with. During those few days that I was shopping around, I sent my sister and brother-n-law in to look at some trucks, and they ended up buying a truck the day after my purchase. Travis was a great, personable salesman, and I will, and have recommended him and Lebanon Ford Lincoln Mercury to my family and friends. Everyone on the staff was great and very nice and those are the type of people that you want to help you! More
