2019 Explorer service I called to schedule a service for my 2019 Explorer and spoke with Jeremy Armstrong who was very friendly and helpful in scheduling to meet my needs. I called to schedule a service for my 2019 Explorer and spoke with Jeremy Armstrong who was very friendly and helpful in scheduling to meet my needs. I dropped the car off the evening before the scheduled service and dropped the keys in the night box. Next day I received a call from Jeremy saying that the service was completed. Because it was the first service on this vehicle, and there were no charges to be paid, I asked that the keys be put in the console and the vehicle locked so that if I was late picking it up the keys would be available to me. Although we are going through a serious public health situation, and the dealership is experiencing a much needed expansion, everything was done in a very professional manner and sanitary precautions were evident.
