November 2nd my son took me to Lebanon Ford to look for a car for me since I had just relocated here from Washington state . We had a great young salesman Josh Davis helping us . We actually didn’t see any car for me since I had just relocated here from Washington state . We had a great young salesman Josh Davis helping us . We actually didn’t see anything that really fit my wants or needs so we thanked him and we’re leaving when he rushed out as we were backing out and told us he had an SUV in the back that he thought I might really like ! He was right ! He brought an Audi q3 around and it was a 2020 it looked brand new . We took it for a test drive and I loved it . We got back to the dealership and Josh was so professional and knowledgeable about the car and the paperwork was quick and easy . Lebanon Ford is very lucky to have such a customer oriented salesman . He was so patient with me he even had me come back over with the car to go over all of the bells and whistles that this car has that I hadn’t had on my previous cars .
