I noticed on the window sticker that li Purchased a Preowned Certified 2016 Ford Fusion Se, Received only (1) key fob, no front license plate bracket. I noticed on the window sticker that license plate bracket was mentioned with no charge, didn't notice until today it was missing , my 45 day tags expired and had to put plates on. With only (1) key fob somehow my key was set on the only key fob and speed is limited. During closing with the financial person, was talked into "Ding" Insurance and "Wheel Hazard" Insurance, after reviewing disclaimers and total cost of policies decided to cancel, took 30 minutes to force them into canceling, very high pressure to cancel. Wife is looking at upgrading from her Chevy Cruze, we will not go back here. Was told sales person would follow up with key fob issue, but have not heard from since they have funds for sale. Was looking at similar vehicle at Kings Auto Mall, decide to go with Lebanon Ford thinking it was a small town dealership, will go to Kings next time! More
