Smooth trade-in I traded in a Honda Civic to buy a used Ram 1500 that they had on the lot. Since I wasn't purchasing a Ford vehicle, Brittany knew less about it than I traded in a Honda Civic to buy a used Ram 1500 that they had on the lot. Since I wasn't purchasing a Ford vehicle, Brittany knew less about it than the Ford counterparts. That didn't stop her, though, from chasing down the answers to my questions, helping provide accurate research, and making the process incredibly smooth. I appreciated all of the 'above and beyond' from Brittany that seemed to be a part of the dealership's culture- especially in accommodating the fact that my wife couldn't be present during my initial visit. The same is true for Jenny, who made the finance experience painless and smooth! More
