Fairly painless purchase of used Ford Mustang Best car buying experience to date, helped in age of internet by "internet purchase price." I'm sure Lebanon makes a profit, but I felt I got a good deal and one in line with book value. Treated respectfully, did have something of a wait for the finance portion, no complaints, esp.as no hardball attempts at upselling. Best part--when I said my one absolute demand was that they not put some kind of "Lebanon Ford" sticker or lettering on the car, Bryan said they didn't do that. From time I saw car on web till time I drove it off lot--less than 24 hours. Bryan also gave me have a real test drive, not some quick in and out or drive around the parking lot.
