Not Understanding At All I have been going back and forth in deciding whether or not to trade in my car for a few months. I work a position that requires me to be on call at a I have been going back and forth in deciding whether or not to trade in my car for a few months. I work a position that requires me to be on call at all hours, so my schedule flexes a lot. I recently submitted a request about a used car and was met with a nasty, negative response, and how I was basically wasting his and all of his colleagues time. I know my schedule is unsteady, and working out my case (bad credit & negative equity) would be challenging, but that is no way to respond. Ever. Through the long disrespectful email, at the end he closes it off trying to put off some sort of fake ploy to try to get me to come in "Anywho, come on in and let us see what we can do." like he didn't just insult me. Nope. Never again. Starting to shop elsewhere. More
