Previously weren’t satisfied at another Ford dealer and have been with Lebanon Ford for 3 years. Great customer service, everyone helpful, all in all good aspects! Kathy Wells has been helping me for 3 years and also other family members! I will always go to her and recommend her to others! Only complaints I have is that they didn’t clean the inside of my car or didn’t clean it very well after I bought it. it was still dirty. Also, they didn’t fill up the windshield washer fluid when I bought it. When I got it the light was on for windshield washer fluid. More

Car Buying experience My mother has purchased several vehicles from Lebanon Ford and when it used to be Charlie Watson Ford. I stopped in with her to look at new vehicles a My mother has purchased several vehicles from Lebanon Ford and when it used to be Charlie Watson Ford. I stopped in with her to look at new vehicles and we were greeted by Tim Flanagan. Tim was very polite, no pressure and listened to what my mother was looking for in a vehicle. Worked with us on options and located a vehicle with the options she wanted. The Ford Explorer was at a dealership in Columbus, Tim drove to Columbus the next day and picked up the vehicle for her. He was very accommodating to my mother's needs, questions and made it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Tim for any of your buying needs. Niko assisted with the final numbers but Tim was supportive through the entire process. More
