F-150 Purchase Lebanon Ford had one of the few F-150, regular cab, 4x4's with an 8' bed. Just what I was looking for. We had worked with Alexia Landers before and it was a pleasure to work with her again. After one phone call to her, we went to the dealership and two hours later were leaving in a new truck! She is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Upon delivery, Josh gave us a thorough review of the electronic systems and options on the vehicle. I would have given the dealership a 5 star rating had it not been for the financial officer overcharging us on the sales tax even after a discussion. It only took one phone call to Alexia. She resolved the situation with her manager and our money was refunded. I would buy another vehicle from Lebanon Ford. More

She never used any high pressure sales tactics (unlike my experience at a different dealership the week prior) and took the time necessary to make sure all of my questions or concerns were answered. That being said, the experience at Lebanon Ford with Tom Nickell and his team couldn't have been better. Tom had the appropriate balance of responsiveness without being pushy and never felt the unnecessary pressure to move forward. Additionally, I believe Tom did everything he could in conjunction with the new car sales manager (Niko) to ensure I was happy with the process. The paperwork process was streamlined and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Additionally, I had a small issue with the truck shortly after delivery. I called the service department and they scheduled me an appointment to come in within 15 mins. Jeremy resolved the issue while I waited. My experience with Lebanon Ford has been great to this point. Strongly recommend Tom, Niko and the team at Lebanon Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
