Awesome customer service I was shopping around for a good service center for my Focus RS and I found that with Lebanon Ford. I figured if they have mechanics responsible for their in-house tuned mustangs they would be more than capable of taking care of my car. Jeremy was the service rep that took care of me and he was always very open and clear with what was going on during the process of the FSA work. They even let me keep a loaner past what Ford would pay for because they weren't comfortable giving my car back to wait for the extra required parts. More
