Very disappointing, lacking customer service from the service department! We have been trying for 3 months, since October 2024, to get an inoperative headlight fixed on our 2020 Explorer Platinum. Thi service department! We have been trying for 3 months, since October 2024, to get an inoperative headlight fixed on our 2020 Explorer Platinum. This will be the 4th time back for this same issue, previously 1/31/24 & 2/16/24 & 4/24/24. The same part was replaced twice according to the receipts. We have been told on multiple occasions that there were no loaner vehicles available and they didn't know when one would be available so the work was never scheduled. We were told they would call to schedule the work when a loaner was available, to date no call to schedule the work. The service manager (Jeremy) called and left a voice mail on 1/17/25 after another text to our salesman, Tom Nickell. We returned Jeremy's call on 1/21/25, after the MLK holiday, and 1/24/25 leaving voicemails both times. Still no further communication from the service dept. I sent another text to Tom Nickell Today 1/29/25. We are actively seeking another dealership to get our vehicle repaired. Other items needing repair/addressed are just piling up. Things like the TPMS sensor on one wheel, chrome caps on the power window switches that have cut my wife two times until I put Black Electrical tape over them to protect her fingers. The only bright spot to this whole process has been Tom Nickell our salesman. He has gone above and beyond what I consider his job description to be. It is unfortunate we have had to work through him to get results from the service department at Lebanon Ford multiple times. Bottom line: I give Tom Nickell our salesman 5 stars he has been great through the purchase process and instrumental in getting some of the service done on our vehicle. Service department started out good but has declined to a score of 0 stars. I would not recommend Lebanon Ford service department at this time to anyone purchasing a used vehicle from them even if you purchase the extended service plans from them like we did. More
I have been in the service lobby for three hours and thirty five minutes. I made an appointment, once I got here I was told that it wasn’t an actual appointment, just a drop off time but not to worry it thirty five minutes. I still do not have an estimate on how much it’s going to cost to fix my touchscreen. I could have dropped the off and left. Service department just keeps saying they will have answers soon, meanwhile, I’ve been here almost 4 hours with no estimate on how much more time or how much it’s going to cost. More
Horrible experience!! Brake warning lights came on in my Lincoln and I was told by my normal mechanic that it appeared the brakes required bleeding something only a Ford/Lincoln shop can do. The brakes worked fine, but the warning lights were a concern. Dropped the car off, was told by Jeremy, the brakes didn't need bleeding but required a new master cylinder at about $1,200. Decided I'd have my regular mechanic do that instead for much less money. Went to pick the car up and the brakes are shot! I have to push them to the floor. They said they only ran the diagnostic on the car, but then why are the brakes now toast? I've called and received no response. My mechanic has no clue what they did, but he agrees they did more that just run a test. More
My family will only purchase vehicles from Lebanon Ford and will always go through Kevin. We trust Lebanon Ford’s service department to inspect the vehicles properly. Kevin always goes above and beyond to find the vehicle we are looking for and within our price range. We went through north gate Ford for a purchase because They refused to send it to Kevin at Lebanon Ford. Kevin told us to go ahead with the purchase as it was going to be Ford certified and if something was wrong they’d have to fix it. We purchased the vehicle and drove it to a baseball tournament and knew there was something wrong. My husband Called north gate and took it back. North gate Ford and they said something nothing was wrong. My husband called Kevin and explained what was going on. Kevin then gave my husband the owners number. My husband told the owner what was going on and how we were treated at north gate Ford. The owner told us to take the vehicle to Lebanon Ford. The service department Manager, Jason, took care of us. He had his head mechanic look at the vehicle and was very honest with us. He was very quick and informed us of what needed to be done. Jason had great communication and got our vehicle up to par where it should have been when we purchased it. Lebanon Ford is the only place we trust on our purchases and service. Being in a safe reliable vehicle is a priority for our family. We always refer everyone to Lebanon Ford. More
