I was having trouble with the SYNC system media player in my 2011 Ford F150 and searched the internet. In that search I discovered Lebanon Ford's website and went there. I was amazed at how professional and detailed and easy to navigate, but I still wasn't sure what I needed to do next, so I emailed the dealership's myTech Team and actually received a quick reply from a Alex Cryder giving me details on what to do next and how. My only regret is that I don't live close to the Lebanon Ford dealership! In any event they are GREAT to do business with, which in this day and age is an exception to the norm! More
The last two times I have had my car in for service the low tire pressure light has come on within the week. I then have to waste my time filling the tires with air. I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I have to waste my time doing the service that I've just paid someone else to do. It makes me wonder what else might have been missed that I just didn't know about. More

This information is provided as feed back only. My ratings were given based upon my experience on my service date 12/10/12. I rated all categories as Great ( Score 5 ) except on the pricing. Tire Di ratings were given based upon my experience on my service date 12/10/12. I rated all categories as Great ( Score 5 ) except on the pricing. Tire Discounters which is where ALL my Tires have ever been bought, (other than initial set on vehicle) has this exact package of Service for 24.95 plus + Tax = ($26.57), my service bill today was $42.60. Your prices on these services are not competitive with local competition. This is why ( if you research your records) none of my vehicles prior to my 2008 Escape and my 2012 Fusion have never been serviced regularly by the Ford Dealership. I get the same great service, and the Quality of Parts ( Factory recommended from other Mechanics and or service personnel) for far less money. Your Parts department in the past has been as much as 25 to 35% high on the same exact parts. Bottom line here, folks can get the same friendly, quality service and parts from a Non-Ford affiliated service center for much less money. I personally will pay a 8 to 12% premium for consistency in service and "Name Brand" type items. I cannot afford to pay a 37.63% premium in today's economic climate. That extra $ 16.03 I paid today could have went into my gas tank for 4.78 gallons of gas, (figure based upon today's price ( 3.35 per gallon). Thanks & Best Regards, More
