I have been taking my cars to this dealership for oil changes almost exclusively for some time and never had a problem. This time the staff is completely different at the quick change. The tech that did our car must have been filthy when pulling our car in to the bay. The white interior of our car had oil all on the door. Very disappointed! More

I purchased a 2011 ford focus, 2/7/2011, and on 8/9/2012 brought my car in for some services. during my wait, I spoke with someone about training my 2011 focus in for a 2012 focus. I have been experiencing difficulty with my sync system. I purchased my car from a different dealership and they have not be successful in solving the issue. He was very willing to assist me and I appreciate that! Although the problem has yet to be solved... I cannot say enough to thank Gene Maggard for all his help in getting my car repaired. It required a total transmission replacement which was covered by my service contract. Gene (and the other guys) in service were OUTSTANDING in servicing my shocks on my Ford, 1 day before I left on vacation. They saved my vacation, since I was towing 2 jet skiis to Norris Lake.
