Lebanon Ford has always provided outstanding customer service. I brought in my Ford Escape to the service department and found out I needed my power train drive replaced. I was quickly told the replace service. I brought in my Ford Escape to the service department and found out I needed my power train drive replaced. I was quickly told the replacement was still under warranty and would be installed as soon as the order was received. Within days the work was finished and their shuttle service is a huge convenience! I definitely will recommend this dealership. More

Great experience. My issue with the price was that at the last oil change only one cylinder was misfiring. When I brought it back 4 were misfiring.
