Have been going to Lebanon Ford since the purchase of my 2009 Milan. Have only had 1 experience that wasn't "good" overall. Immediately upon Lebanon Ford realizing that I felt I had had a "bad" experience 2009 Milan. Have only had 1 experience that wasn't "good" overall. Immediately upon Lebanon Ford realizing that I felt I had had a "bad" experience, they were asking the details of that particular visit. They listened to what I had to say and did everything in their power to make me feel as I were very important to their business. They went above and beyond what could be expected of a dealership to rectify the situation. I was quite surprised that they were so concerned. When I go in for service, the guys in the service department are extremely friendly and quick to help. They are polite and helpful. I was greated quickly. The oil change building was clean and bright and easy to locate, park and enter. The service advisor remembered me and greeted me. My repairs were completed in a timely manner. We were unable to get the visor garage door opener to operate our garage door. Alex came to our house and adjusted the opener unit so that it would respond to the car transmitter.
