Brought my 2010 Ford F-150 Supercrew in for its 22,500 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The work was performed effeciently and effectively. The service folks recommended I replace the air mile service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The work was performed effeciently and effectively. The service folks recommended I replace the air filter which was done. The cost was in line with what I expected. My only issue was the following week, after the temperature dropped my low tire pressure light came on and I needed to add about 10 lbs of air to each of the four tires. I'd have thought if the pressure was that close when the rotation was done they'd have checked this and added air. Can't say the service guys didn't check and they had know way of knowing the temps would drop into the 10's and 20's after being in the 50's and 60's so this propably isn't a service issue but thank goodness for the low tire pressure sensor! It obviously works and I was able to correct the problem right away. More
After a follow-up call from Kevin McClellan concerning my recent Ford Escape purchase, I inquired about some additional services for my vehicle. Kevin answered my questions and set up a service appointment for me. When I arrived with my vehicle, I was immediately taken care of by Gene and was provided with courtesy ride home. Dave, who was very courteous and prompt, not only took me home to Hamilton, Ohio, 24.6 miles from the dealership but returned the next day to take me back to get my vechile. The process of paying and getting paper work was very easy. Before I left the service department, I asked where some items were on my Escape and several employees showed me where things were located. Thanks again gentlemen for taking time with me and explaining what service had been done and where certain items were to be found on my Escape. From the time I walked onto the lot of Lebanon Ford, working with salesperson, Kevin, tech, Alex and the employees of the service department, I know I made the right decision to do business with Lebanon Ford. In today's world, who would expect a house call from a car dealership? Alex did just that for me, today. He came to my home (24.6 miles away from the dealership) to connect the garage door opener. In a matter of minutes, my new Escape was opening the garage from the visor! Alex took the time to explain to me the operation of the connection and tagged the page in the manual for a quick reference. He also took some time to explain some other questions I had concerning my new vechicle. Kudos to Alex and his tech expertise!!! More
Gene has always been very friendly and he explains everything to you-why this had to be done,etc. On this occasion he had discussed two other possible problems and I authorized him to do them. However, the problems were really not there and Gene told me that they did not do them. This really shows the honesty of this dealership when it comes to service. Just had the first service done on the 2012 5.0 at the Lebanon Ford Quick Lube and it was fantastic. The service people are friendly and professional. Since I purchased my Focus from Lebanon Ford, I take the car there for periodic service. They provide prompt,quality service, without a lot of B.S. The issue is more about price. They increased the price of the oil change by $5.00 in the last month, AND charge an additional $1.50 for "shop supplies", which were described to be to be "cleaning rags". Sorry...but $40.00 for an oil change while being nickel and dimed for "cleaning supplies" won't work. More
