Quick Lane nice addition. I was able to be in and out in quickly without setting an appointment. Every one at the dealership is very freindly. After I was told goodmoring by two or three emloyees, I was directed to the free coffee. Very pleasant expreience. The service dept was very nice and got me in and and even ordered a battery for me and was in the same day. Ric was great, wish everyone at Lebanon Ford were this friendly and down to earth. I have a Lincoln LS that I've always had serviced at lebanon Ford since purchase. Their oil change packages are priced competitive and they do the work timely. They have always been quick to work me i lebanon Ford since purchase. Their oil change packages are priced competitive and they do the work timely. They have always been quick to work me into the schedule and I feel that I can trust what they tell me after inpecting the car. They are always polite and ask if they've been able to meet my needs and will work to make sure I'm happy with the service that I've recieved. I have no hesitation about bringing any of my vehicles to Lebanon Ford for service when needed. More

I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2009. I have had I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2009. I have had nothing but exceptional service whenever I bring my vehicle in for oil change or warranty work. I purchased my vehicle brand new in 2009. I have had nothing but exceptional service whenever I bring my vehicle in for oil change or warranty work. I did take my vehicle ONE time to a closer Ford Dealership to my house and was not satisfied at all. It is well worth me driving the extra 30 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Lebanon Ford. I continue to receive emails from the sales dept checking on my vehicle as well. The sales and service dept. at Lebanon Ford have gained my full trust and my future business. Thanks to all. More

Had the vehicle checked and problem was found and fixed the same day prior to four. The car was still under warranty for the power train and we were pleased to note that that cost would be $0.
