Frst person who ansered the phone was not welcoming. Got put on hold at the service desk for almost 5 min but the phone line was open an it sounded like they just forgot about the call. When I dropped off the car there were several employees at the desk dealing with one customer and just ignored me until they finished dealing with a very demanding customer. In other words because he was loud and demanding they lower service to the next in line. I had a much better experience in my previous visit so either it was just an off day or customer service slipping. More
I came to the Quick Lane to get my brakes replaced. This assumption was based on was an AAMCO had told me after getting my oil changed. How convenient that AAMCO missed that, but figured I needed new brakes. Julie showed me some good options for new tires. Lebanon Ford Is the Only Dealership for me. When I take my cars in for ANY service,it is done right the first time! I am the most picky person ,and I can count on my car being perfectly protected and clean my cars in for ANY service,it is done right the first time! Also my I add that the owner Lisa,has trained her staff to treat each person who enter the door as a person as well as a customer,Never just a number.This treatment does not end after the contract is signed,you are and will remain part of the Lebanon Ford family. Jason and the other associates at the Lebanon Ford Service Center were great during my recent visit. I had an unexpected problem with my F-150 and I was planning on just dropping it off before work an Service Center were great during my recent visit. I had an unexpected problem with my F-150 and I was planning on just dropping it off before work and hoping I could call later and get it looked at. When I got there, they were open and Jason had be bring the truck right in and I was able to explain the problem and I didnt even have an appointment. I have not had the same experience with other local Ford dealers. Long story short, Jason had my car fixed by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up and not have to incur the cost of a rental. The repairs were reasonable and I even got 2 recall fixes taken care of while it was there that I didnt even know about. It is so frustrating to have problems with your vehicle and the service that they provided helped to reduce the stress of the situation and get me back on the road!! Ever time I bring my truck in for an Oil Change/Tire Rotation (with an appointment) it takes forever! I took it in this time for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Allignment and the Service Department ha Rotation (with an appointment) it takes forever! I took it in this time for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Allignment and the Service Department had my truck for 5 1/2 HOURS! I had to cancel another appointment I had at 2:30!! I dropped my car off at 10:00 Sharp and picked it up at 3:30 and then when I got there I still had to wait for my paper work. I am not one to complain because I worked in the Automotive industry for years but why on earth does the service department take so long?! I do not want to get anyone in trouble but I just do not get it? More
Our experience with Lebanon Ford/Lincoln/Mercury was not to purchase a car, but to get back to our home in South Carolina. We broke down on I 71 new year's eve day around 11:30. We called a friend who recommended Lebanon Ford because of their great rating. The only problem was that when we called Lebanon Ford, their service department was closed due to the holiday. Mrs. Freeda Floyd, the special accounts mangager, was kind enough to recommend the auto garage across the street to us. Once we were towed to the garage, Lebanon Ford allowed us to sit in their waiting room for the rest of the day...even past closing hours! They even took us to a local restaurant and then later to the auto garage to pick up our car. Art not only told us to call him if we needed to be picked up and taken to a hotel, but followed up with a phone call three days later to make sure everything went fine. For a car breakdown over 600 miles from home, we thank God for the great people at Lebanon Ford and for Curt's Auto Service that also stayed open late, on New Year's Eve, to make sure our car was fixed! We get great service from your staff and wouldn't think of trusting our two Grand Marquis with any other shop.
