Great Sales experience, terrible service experience. I had an excellent expereince when Bryan sold me my truck. I absolutely love it!!! However when I found out it had a water leak coming down the passen I had an excellent expereince when Bryan sold me my truck. I absolutely love it!!! However when I found out it had a water leak coming down the passenger pillar I was disgusted with the service department. I had a scheduled appointment and by 4:00 I knew the vehicle had not been moved. I called Jeremy he all kinds of excuses as to why it hadn't been looked at yet. By 5:20 he said it was ready to be picked up and he found nothing wrong. You could take a water hose and see the leak. Take it back in a couple weeks later for the same issue. This time I had to have my dad call to get anything done on the truck. Once again I could tell via gps the truck had not been moved. Finally after having my dad call they were able to find the problem (sunroof was not aligned properly). Also I have an after market bumper that DSI put on the truck that is rusting and needs to be warrantied. I kept getting all kinds of excuses as to why it was taking so long to come up with a time frame of when this issue would be fixed. I took matters into my own hands and called DSI directly. This past week I had scheduled a full service of my truck (2 weeks ahead of time) with the request for the shuttle to take me 5 minutes down the road. I take my truck in and waited 45 mins with no shuttle. I go up to Jeremy and tell him I need my truck back as I had an appointment to be at that is honestly ridiculous to wait that long for a shuttle that you asked ahead of time for. He brings my truck up and says, "oh look there's the shuttle would you like for it to take you." NO you have lost my business and I will go elsewhere and work directly with DSI. As a young female I should not have to get a male (my Dad) involved to get service performed on my truck. It is very simple, customer satisfaction is key and Lebanon Ford you have completely lost my current business, respect, and further referrals all because your service manager is completely rude and has zero respect for others time. More

Awesome customer service I was shopping around for a good service center for my Focus RS and I found that with Lebanon Ford. I figured if they have mechanics responsible for t I was shopping around for a good service center for my Focus RS and I found that with Lebanon Ford. I figured if they have mechanics responsible for their in-house tuned mustangs they would be more than capable of taking care of my car. Jeremy was the service rep that took care of me and he was always very open and clear with what was going on during the process of the FSA work. They even let me keep a loaner past what Ford would pay for because they weren't comfortable giving my car back to wait for the extra required parts. More

Service department We dropped my wife's car off at the service department at 9am for a 10:30am appointment. Her check engine light had come on and we needed to know w We dropped my wife's car off at the service department at 9am for a 10:30am appointment. Her check engine light had come on and we needed to know what the issue was and if it was covered under our extended warranty which would allow us to get a rental car if needed. I never heard from them, so I called at 12:40 pm of the same day to see what was going on. The person on the phone informed me that our car had not even been pulled into the garage to be looked at yet..... I became very agitated at this considering it had been over 2 hours since our scheduled appointment. The person on the phone tried to blame my wife saying that she said " we were in no rush" which was a complete lie because my wife never said anything like that. If the person on the phone had just owned the situation. And told the truth about it I would not of been so upset. But to lie and try and blame the customer (my wife) for it , well that was unacceptable. More

I feel like we have always received great Customer Service between Sales and Service. However recently my vehicle was involved in a collision with a Deer on the Interstate causing over 20K in repairs. The collision center took it to a different dealership for some of the service. I will just say we were more than disappointed with that service so, I brought it today to Lebanon Ford to have "our" dealership double check a concern. They were efficient, polite and thorough. I cannot say enough kind words about each department we have dealt with there. More

I have now worked with Josh Hipp a few times, and can not say enough as to how professional and responsive he is to providing the service every dealer should strive for! My satisfaction of service provided by Josh and his service team has made me a customer for a long time to come. Broken side view mirror Have a new 2017 Black Focus st. I noticed the turn signal indicator was hanging loose so I decided to call the dealership aka Lebanon Ford. Called at Have a new 2017 Black Focus st. I noticed the turn signal indicator was hanging loose so I decided to call the dealership aka Lebanon Ford. Called at usual business hours and got no reply so left a message. Never got a call back so I stopped in at my lunch break. Door to the service center was unlocked so when I go in a guy yells we’re closed till noon. I said sorry and turned to leave and the guy yells back at me “what do you need” very rudely and aggressive tone. Takes my information down and tells me to bring my car back tomorrow. Came back the next day and he and some techs along with the owner of Lebanon Ford gathered around and tell me I either ran into something someone and that mirrors just don’t fall apart for no reason. Long story short of it was they said they would fix it under warrant. Said they would call me the next day to schedule it in for the repair. Haven’t heard from them since so I guess it’s the same story as checks in the mail. More
