Awesome Service and Sales Experience I brought my 2016 F-150 in to John for routine service and checkup, knowing it would be in good hands (it helps that he's a fellow Eagles fan). Whil I brought my 2016 F-150 in to John for routine service and checkup, knowing it would be in good hands (it helps that he's a fellow Eagles fan). While waiting, I went over to sales to visit with Tom about the 2015 Mustang GT they just recently got in. I've always gone to Tom and Bill for my purchases, and they were both very helpful finding out as much history regarding this used car that it was like buying it directly from the original owner. Dan in finance hooked me up with great prices on the wheel and tire package as well as the ding shield, so I know my toy car will always look it's best. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer! Whether you need a truck for work or a car for performance, this is the dealer you need to go to! More

Outstanding Customer Service! I have to say Tim Flanagan went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with the free 6 month SiriusXM radio. I had tried to add my previous m I have to say Tim Flanagan went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with the free 6 month SiriusXM radio. I had tried to add my previous minutes and Sirius informed me I only had 3 month because I had purchased a used car. The mix up was they found the car that I wanted at a different dealership and traded for my car. The other dealership initiated the radio so it looked like I was 2 nd owner. I had called to see what I needed to due to resolve the issue. Tim got on the phone and put out an email and that afternoon Sirius left me emails that the problem was resolved and they were very sorry this had happened. Tim even followed up with a phone call to me later that day to say it had been taken care of but if I had anymore issues, feel free to call him, he'd help all he could! Tim was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable of where to go to get things done! Thanks again Tim ! More

Taking GOOD care of business Robert has done a great job as my service writer this is one of those job that can be really tough, interfacing between mechanic and customer. Excellent customer service! I made an appointment for a recall repair for 8:30 a.m. on Veteran's Day. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was immediately greeted by service writer Ro I made an appointment for a recall repair for 8:30 a.m. on Veteran's Day. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was immediately greeted by service writer Robert Stamper. He checked me in and I also asked them to check the battery since I had to jump start it in the morning. I was advised that the work would take a few hours and before I could make it to the waiting area; Robert advised me that the battery check did in fact fail. I told him to replace the battery with the best one they had. At approximately 8:20 a.m.; Robert came into the waiting room to advise me that the work was complete! Fuel pump module and new battery in less than one hour. I am impressed but not surprised. I have been a loyal Lebanon Ford customer since I purchased my first truck from them back in 2007 and have never looked back. Their sales and service are well above average. Thank you Jason, Robert, and Ryan (tech) for the fantastic work that you do each and every day. More

Waited in crowded waiting room. With people working hard tbere walking through the entire time.When I checked out I was given the service writers card to make an appointment for the transmission..... NO you make an appointment for me NOW that us what I came in for. Pick up my car drive off, turn the windshield wipers and the awkwardly go across the windshield...take the car back to find out they didn't take the attic off the rubber part of the wiper that goes across the windshield....really!? Point 1...if there is an online appointment made and it can't be fulfilled CALL the customer....I know it's a reach but a little customer service goes a Long way. More
