No up-sale when you go in to get your oil changed like some of the competitors that "find" someone major wrong with your vehicle every time you go in for service. When John tells you it is going to take a specific amount of time to fix something, set you watch because he delivers. He talks to you in terms you can understand without knowing all the mechanic terms. He always goes over what was done at the end of the service appointment until you are satisfied. If you are looking for an honest person to service your vehicle, I would personally recommend John Nowicki! More
Heated Seats are the Best! I bought am brand new 2016 Ford Escape about two weeks ago and I got the heated seats and all weather mats as an add on. Because who can live without the heated seats when your old car had them for three years. The customer service from Josh and John and Robert were outstanding. I had contacted my car salesman just for an update and with in minutes I got a call from Josh telling me what was going on. Even though it took two days for them in install the seats and also get a new key program. The customer service was excellent just like it always has been in the past with my Ford Focus that was Lebanon ford too. More

Very Bad Experience **Unable to fix a problem with Power Steering while under warranty**. Took car several times to the Service Center for noise that my father in law(who **Unable to fix a problem with Power Steering while under warranty**. Took car several times to the Service Center for noise that my father in law(who is a mechanic) said was probably power steering. Every time I took the car in they said the couldn't find anything wrong and I had to pay service fees every time with the problem left unresolved. I was concerned that the problem would continue well after my warranty was up and that it needed to get fixed or I would be faced to pay for it out of my pocket after the warranty expired. Finally after the warranty was up the problem worsened and eventually my Power Steering went out. I took the car back to the service center and they told me I had to pay out of my pocket to fix my car. Even though the problem was documented while under warranty they refused to fit the bill. They told me it would cost over $800.00 for them to fix the car and the best they would do was a 10% discount. I refused and took the car to a local mechanic and he fixed my car for $270.00. I will never go back to this Dealership again for anything! More

Disappointed in Service Department 2007 Ford Explorer I had my transmission serviced at 96,000 and at the I was told the problem was fixed and the transmission fluid was changed. At 144,000 I take the veh I had my transmission serviced at 96,000 and at the I was told the problem was fixed and the transmission fluid was changed. At 144,000 I take the vehicle in for service on the transmission because it was slipping and after the service technician inspected the transmission the result was that the transmission was burnt up because the transmission fluid was not changed as specified by the manufacturer according to the Service Representative that I should have done this, which the service was done at 96,000 and the manufacturer recommendation is that it be changed at 100,000 miles. When I said this to the service representative he started stumbling and said oh let me check your service records and then not only did he find that Lebanon Ford changed the transmission fluid he proceeded to tell me the problem was probably going on when that was done and I asked why they didn't catch it then when they were doing the warrenty work he say " I don't know sir I wasn't the one who did the work " the estimate provided to exchange the transimission with a rebuilt transmission will be $5,100.00 plus tax. At this point I told them I would pick the vehicle up because I couldn't afford that and when I get the car back not only is the transmission worse the engine light indicator and wrench light is on the dash warning signs. I received another estimate for a rebuilt transmission for $2,200.00 plus tax. From a Transmission Shop that has been in the business for over 40 years. Because of how this has been handled I will never walk in this dealership again. They have serviced the vehicle since I bought it from them. More
Excellent Customer Service I stopped in for an oil change at the Quick Lane Tire and Auto center. My car was checked out thoroughly by their technicians during the oil change. They topped off my fluids as needed as well as checked my suspension, brakes, tires as well as other under hood equipment. I only had to wait about 20 minutes for this service and I was on my way. This is not the first time I have used Quick Lane, and it won't be the last either. It is refreshing to know that when a service center says that they checked something that they really did check it. I have used other places in the past and watched their mechanics and I know for a fact that they did not check certain items, but their check list said that they did. I would recommend Quick Lane for Auto Service if you need the work done right and thoroughly. More
