The deals and negotiation process is very easy and laid back with very little pressure to sign until you are satisfied with the offer. I have my vehicles serviced at the dealership because of a few reasons starting with friendliness. The staff at the main building and the Quick Lube treat you like a friend and not just another profit point. They have always been on time with their service and the cost estimates are always spot on. The parts are always correct and available when you get the work performed. Another advantage is the fact that they participate in the Owner Advantage program that gives customers credit for loyalty. It gives an incentive to come back and use their services. It is great to be able to use this credit when and if you ever have a large service bill on one of your vehicles or get a free oil change because you have purchased 4 or 5 already. I live within 2 miles of a competing For dealership and I choose to drive 15 miles to use the services at Lebanon Ford because I have confidence that they will provide me with a fair deal and folloup with quality and friendly service. He gave me guidance on how to ensure the car was safe to drive to the dealership, accepted it for service, and arranged for the dealership to drive me home. By the next afternoon, parts had been obtained and the vehicle was fully repaired. I appreciated his quick action and patience, as well as details provided by John and the technician Ryan Donahue about the mechanical problem and the repairs. Great Service Experience About 20 miles from home, I hit a pothole and limped into an independent tire dealer to assess the damage. They wanted to sell me a new tire and rim. I took the vehicle to Lebanon Ford and learned that the rim was bent, but the tire was ok. The price for the rim was less than that quoted by the independent tire dealer, and the repairs were done speedily and the vehicle was road tested. Rear Seal Bad Bought a 2002 Mustang from Lebanon Ford. 5 months later it developed a rear main seal leak. Took it into the Quick Lane, Dan and Nathan verified the seal leak. Recommended the experts at the main service center. Jason Hipp and his crew evaluated the leak as well as some other minor issues. We talked cost (which was more then fair) and had It repaired in a timely manner. This is the reason I keep going back to this dealer to buy my cars and have them serviced there. Service Mike was very nice and explained why we were going to need rear brakes soon. Since we were leaving for vacation the next day we asked if the work coul Mike was very nice and explained why we were going to need rear brakes soon. Since we were leaving for vacation the next day we asked if the work could be done while we were there. He told us the brake tech could do it and would take approx. 45 Minutes to an hour to complete. We decided it was a good choice. Of course as consumers we thought the expense was a little expensive but I am sure the price was in line with other brake shops. No one likes to pay for expensive work. It is what it is. We did get a $50,00 rebate. We feel all work was done correctly and professionally. Have no hesitation about recommending Lebanon Ford for service or buying a car. More
