We purchased our Ford Escape from Dan Cutter last year and needed routine maintenance this past Friday. John Nowicki took care of us right away and made us feel at home. While we were waiting we walked around the showroom and decided to drink our coffee at the convenient cafe table located there. Dan Cutter just happened to be coming through and noticed us right away. He stopped over to see how we were doing as well as checking on why we had stopped in. We told him it was just for service and we are quite satisfied with our vehicle. He took the time to chat with us and get caught up since we had not been in since Spring. After Dan left, several other employees walked by and checked to see if we needed water or anything. The customer service is impeccable and that is why we drive 30 minutes for sales and service from Lebanon Ford. They truly know how to treat their customers............JUST LIKE FAMILY!! More

I would like to compliment Lebanon Ford for their extraordinary customer service. While attending an event with my grandchildren last Saturday, I lost my car keys which included my Ford Advantage ke extraordinary customer service. While attending an event with my grandchildren last Saturday, I lost my car keys which included my Ford Advantage key fob that showed my ID number as well as listed Lebanon Ford. A good Samaritan found my keys and turned them in to the persons running the event, who then called Lebanon Ford who in turn called me. John was very helpful during our recent service for our Ford Focus. We were having a transmission issue just before leaving on a road trip. John really stepped up and took care of our service problem. He took the time to understand our needs and concerns, and got us back on the road in time to make out trip with our fuel efficient car. This saved us about $200.00 in additional fuel expenses. We have purchased four cars from Lebanon Ford and this is due to the service after the sale. I found this information while looking up the problem on the internet, I found that the same question was being discussed by a customer and the Fordtech Team Representative located at Lebanan Ford in Ohio. Even though I purchased my Ford in Orlando at Greenway Ford, Alex did not hesitate to answer my question quickly and followup on whether it solved my problem.
