Please forgive me. I do not remember the person's name. I spoke to because of the rudeness anyways. I asked him about the unit, which is a Jeep, and after I asked him a few questions, he goes, what are you stupid You can't read that unit is only cash only there is nothing saying anything about that unit being cash only So hopefully they can educate the staff members a little bit better on customer service and how to speak to potential buyers as well as hopefully as a potential buyer as yourself know, the kind of treatment you will get contacting Lee Auto Group Thank You For Your Time Best Wish More
I made an appointment, confirmed multiple times that the vehicle was available, and drove more than 20 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was no longer available. This showed a vehicle was available, and drove more than 20 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was no longer available. This showed a lack of respect for the customer’s time and very poor professionalism. Soto was the salesperson coordinating the appointment, and at no point did he notify me before I drove to the dealership. Very disappointed with this experience. More
This is a must read review before you decide to buy a vehicle here. As far as the sale goes I originally wrote “Honest and straight to the point. And no crazy dealer fees! Highly recommend!” But hold on. vehicle here. As far as the sale goes I originally wrote “Honest and straight to the point. And no crazy dealer fees! Highly recommend!” But hold on. I bought this truck for my son to make it back and fourth to college. The truck litterly broke down on our way home with a transmission that is bad. The transmission will need a complete rebuild. A ford transmission mechanic ran a scan on the vehicle and told me to return the truck as it has a bad transmission. He also said that this kind of transmission failure doesn’t happen over night. I contacted Dustin with Lee auto group the next day who ensured me that the dealership would stand behind the truck. I live in Jacksonville Florida which is 3 hours away and was instructed to bring the truck back to them instead of referring me to a local transmission shop near me. I had to rent a car hauler from U-Haul and I personally towed the truck back to the dealership the very next day. I was told the truck was going to cottmans transmission in Tampa even though there is a Cottmans transmission in Jacksonville. The truck never made it to Cottmans. In fact it was allegedly fixed in house by a mechanic who works at Lee auto. That took over two weeks. Finally, I was told the transmission had a bad torque converter which I believe was a bandaid on a bigger problem. Two weeks later I drove my son down to pick up the truck. It shifted pretty ruff from the start but it does have an adaptive learning transmission. About 39 miles from my home the check engine light and power train service light came on again. The transmission started to slip, surge , and crash into gears. The transmission is again toast!! The next day I called Dustin to tell him the truck was not fixed. His response was the same. “Bring it back and we will take care of it”. I told Dustin that I was not going to rent another car hauler and tow it back to Tampa 3 hours from me and I explained to him that Cottmans transmission is local to me also. He didn’t have a response other than bring it back. Since I get the feeling that they are starting to play games I offered to take the truck to a reputable local transmission shop near me to get it fixed. I asked Dustin if the dealership would at least meet me in the middle since I did buy the truck used. I asked that they pay half of the quote I received and I would pay the other half. I was then Told that a manager named “Drew” would call me shortly. Of course I received no call. The next day I texted Dustin that I did not receive a call from Drew and was left on “Read” I have missed days of work over this. My son has missed college classes. I have spend hundreds of dollars in gas going back and fourth to Tampa and renting U-Haul car haulers. I trusted Lee auto that they were delivering me a dependable truck for my son. I will be happy to change this review if Lee Auto steps up and does the right thing here. I have owned this truck for over two weeks and have only driven it a few hours trying to make it home from Tampa. If they don’t make this right I will post as many reviews as I can on every site available. Every day if necessary until I know I stopped many other people from getting screwed. So stay tuned folks and let’s see if Lee does take care of their customers. I will update this review daily until resolved. More
